DyFlo is known to your lotion and cream recipes, powders, balm recipes, adding a smooth non greasy after feel
Use in lotions, creams, and even anhydrous balm formalizations. It absorbs body moisture and facial oil without whitening the skin when used in make up or body powders.
To incorporate DryFlo into emulsions first premix the powder into a slurry of oil or water. Then combine, if adding to water phase ensure temp is under 130 degrees F prior to adding to oil phase.
Dry-Flo should not be added to lotion/cream products with temperatures above 160 degrees F or the starch will swell and start to dissolve, thickening your product too much.
Can be used with anhydrous formulations.
Designed to be free-flowing and non-clumping. It is unique because it is aluminum free and because it has been modified with a silicone. It is velvety smooth and imparts a soft after-feel to the skin
It is great in body powders. If you've been having trouble with your body powders clumping, then this is the product for you. Use it 1:1 with your Arrowroot (or rice flour) to make a wonderfully luxurious body powder or glitter. Add some mica for a fun, sparkling touch.
We also love it in lotions and body butters to make the final product less greasy feeling. We love the light, dry, and silky finish
We have used this product in various body cream and lotion recipes and are amazed with the results!
